Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial guru dengan school well-being pada siswa di SDN Kecamatan Pakisaji Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah cluster random sampling dan convenience sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 140 siswa. English Abstract

This study aims to find out the relationship between teacher’s social support with school well-being students in elementary school. This study uses a quantitative method with correlational design. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling and convenience sampling with 140 students as samples. Data were collected using the teacher’s social support scale (21 items; α = 0.881) and the school well-being scale (21 items; α = 0.861). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed a correlation value of 0.585 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between teacher’s social support with school well-being students in elementary school.
