Abstract
PT Cakra Guna Cipta merupakan perusahaan penghasil rokokyang telah beroperasi puluhan tahun. Meskipun demikian, selama ini penilaian kinerja karyawan masih tergolong subyektif, tidak pernah melakukan pembobotan pada kriteria dan sub kriteria yang digunakan sebagai alat ukur, dan belum menggunakan aplikasi untuk mempermudah dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan menganggap sistem penilaian yang dilakukan saat ini sudah efektif dan efisien. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu, perusahaan tidak mengetahui kriteria mana yang memiliki bobot tertinggi dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perusahan, maka diperlukan penilaian kinerja yang lebih obyektif, penentuankriteria terpenting, dan sebuah aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan penilaian. Terdapat dua metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu metode 360 Degree Feedback, yaitu metode yang dapat mengurangi penilaian subyektif karena di metode ini melakukan penilaian timbal balik antara rekan kerja, diri sendiri, dan atasan. Sedangkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process adalah metode yang digunakan untuk pembobotan kriteria. Sedangkan untuk perancangan pendukung keputusan menggunakan Visual Basic Application (VBA) yang terdapat di Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan 360 Degree Feedback, penilaian menjadi lebih obyektif karena adanya penilaian sesama rekan kerja, diri sendiri, dan dari atasan. Sedangkan hasil dari metode Analytical Hierarchy Process yaitu diperolehnya nilai bobot tertinggi dan terendah. Untuk kriteria yang memiliki bobot tertinggi yaitu Achievement Orientation dengan bobot (0,22), Expertise (0,21), Organitational Commitment (0,11), Self Control (0,11), Teamwork (0,09), Initiative (0,08), Concern For Order (0,06), Self Confidence (0,05), Flexibility (0,05) dan kriteria terendah yaitu Relationship Building dengan bobot (0,02). Aplikasi yang dibuat pada penelitian ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan penilaian dengan waktu yang relatif lebih sedikit dan dapat mempercepat penilaian kinerja karyawan PT Cakra Guna Cipta dengan penilaian yang obyektif, bobot kriteria terpenting yang harus dimiliki setiap karyawan dan mempermudah penilaian kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
PT. Cakra Guna Cipta is a cigarette producer company which has operated for decades. However, all this time the employee performance assessment is still classified subjective, never used weighting for the criteria and the sub-criteria which are used as the measurements tool, and never use any application to ease up the employee performance assessment. Company assume that the current assessment method has already been effective and efficient enough. The problem that occur are company does not know that there are many employee who feel dissatisfy with the current assessment and does not know which criteria has the most weightin the employee performance assessment. To improve the employee’s performance, therefore company needs more objective assessment, determination of the most important criteria, and an employee performance assessment application to ease up the assessment. There are two methods used in this research, 360 Degree Feedback Method, which can reduce the subjectivity since this method conduct feedback assessment between co-worker, employee self and their superordinate. In the other hand Analytical Hierarchy Process is a method used to weighting the criteria. Meanwhile the designing decission supportis usin Visual Basic Application (VBA) which can be found in Microsoft Excel. Based on the study result using 360 Degree Feedback, the assessment become more objective because of the existance of assessment between co-worker, employee self and their superordinate. While the result from Analytical Hierarchy Process method shows the highest and the lowest weight. The criterias with the highest weight are Achievement Orientation (0,22), Expertise (0,21), Organitational Commitment (0,11), Self Control(0,11), Teamwork (0,09), Initiative (0,08), Concern For Order (0,06), Self Confidence (0,05), Flexibility (0,05) and the lowest weight criteria is Relationship Building (0,02). The application which is created in this research can help company in doing assessment with less time and can fasten the employee performance assessment. From the study result it is expected to able to help in assessing employee performance in PT. Cakra Guna Cipta with the objective assessment, most important of criteria weight which should be possessed by every employee and ease up the employee performance assessment.
