Indonesian Abstract

E-Commerce merupakan kegiatan transaksi bisnis yang dilakukan dengan memanfaat teknologi yaitu jaringan internet atau biasa disebut transaksi online. Saat ini industri penjualan tiket atau agen travel juga memanfaatkan transaksi penjualan secara online. Salah satu perusahaan di Indonesia yang juga memanfaatkan transaksi bisnis online yaitu Online Ticket Agent XYZ. Online Ticket Agent XYZ merupakan salah satu situs e-commerce dalam bidang penjualan tiket atau agen travel terbesar di Indonesia. Meskipun transaksi secara online semakin diminati, model transaksi seperti ini tak selalu aman bahkan rentan terhadap tindakan penipuan. Telah ada beberapa laporan konsumen Online Ticket Agent XYZ yang merasa dirugikan saat bertransaksi menggunakan situs tersebut, hal seperti ini dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi menggunakan situs Online Ticket Agent XYZ. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model yang didasarkan dari tiga jurnal penelitian sebelumnya terdiri dari 16 dimensi yaitu A Consumer Trust, Intention to Purchase, Consumer Disposition to Trust, Presence of a Thirtd Party, Perceived Privacy Protection, Perceived Security Protection, Information Quality, Positive Reputation of Selling Party, System Reliability, Familiarity, Ease of Use, Perceived Risk, Financial Risk, Time Risk, Privacy Risk dan Overall Risk. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen (A Consumer Trust) dan resiko yang dirasakan konsumen (Perceived Risk) mempengaruhi niat konsumen untuk bertransaksi (Intention to Purchase) menggunakan situs Online Ticket Agent XYZ.

English Abstract

E-Commerce is a business transaction activity conducted by utilizing the technology of the Internet network or so-called online transactions. Currently the ticket sales industry or travel agent also utilizes online sales transactions. One of the companies in Indonesia that also take advantage of online business transactions that is Online Ticket Agent XYZ. Online Ticket Agent XYZ is one of the e-commerce sites in the field of ticket sales or the largest travel agency in Indonesia. Although online transactions are increasingly in demand, this type of transaction is not always safe and even vulnerable to fraud. There have been some consumer reports of Online Ticket Agent XYZ who feel harmed while transacting using the site, things like this can affect consumer confidence to make transactions using Online Ticket Agent XYZ site. This study proposes a model based on three previous research journals consisting of 16 dimensions: A Consumer Trust, Intention to Purchase, Consumer Disposition to Trust, Presence of a Thirty Party, Perceived Privacy Protection, Perceived Security Protection, Information Quality, Positive Reputation of Selling Party Reliability System, Familiarity, Ease of Use, Perceived Risk, Financial Risk, Time Risk, Privacy Risk and Overall Risk. The analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that consumer confidence (A Consumer Trust) and perceived risk of consumer (Perceived Risk) affect the intention of consumers to transact (Intention to Purchase) using Online Ticket Agent XYZ site.
