Abstract
UKM Anugerah Mina Lestari adalah salah satu UKM yang bergerak dalam pembuatan makanan olahan ikan seperti BATARI (Bandeng Tanpa Duri), bandeng presto, abon bandeng, bandeng krispi, bandeng asap tanpa duri, lele tanpa duri, otak-otak milenial dan masih banyak lagi. Produk tersebut diolah atau diproduksi dikediaman pemilik UKM Anugerah Mina lestari. Proses produksi yang dilakukan cukup kompleks dan membutuhkan ruang yang cukup memadai. Dengan luas ruang produksi berkisar 42 m2 yang memungkinkan produksi dapat berjalanan dengan efisien dan efektif. Namun perancangan tata letak fasilits produksi pada UKM Anugerah Mina Lestari masih perlu ditinjau kembali agar proses produksi dapat menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian tentang perencanaan ulang tata letak fasilitas produksi pada UKM Anugerah Mina Lestari ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis tata letak awal, data aliran barang, jumlah departemen, jarak perpindahan, dan asumsi biaya pemindahan bahan. Analisis tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui biaya pemindahan dan jarak perpindahan bahan saat ini di UKM Anugerah Mina Lestari. Metode yang digunakan apada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Algoritma CRAFT dengan bantuan software WinQsb guna menghasilkan layout usulan dengan tujuan meminimasi jarak pemindahan sehingga biaya untuk pemindahan bahan juga semakin minimal. Ada 4 metode pertukaran craft, yaitu improve exchanging 2 departments, improve exchanging 3 departments, improve exchanging 2 then 3 departments dan improve exchanging 3 then 2 departments. Hasil Pengolahan data Craft dengan metode pertukaran improve exchanging 2 departments, improve exchanging 2 then 3 departments dan improve exchanging 3 then 2 departments yaitu departemen pengemasan (H) dengan departemen penyimpanan (I). Karena pertukaran itu akan memperpendek jarak tempuh menjadi 379 m per bulan dari jarak sebelumnya sebesar 471.5 m per bulan. Dengan demikian total biaya pemindahan bahan (OMH) mengalami penurunan sebesar 14% yaitu yang semula sebesar Rp. 52,966 perbulan menjadi sebesar Rp, 45,542 per bulan. Pada OMH per meter terdapat selisih sebesar Rp. 9.61 dimana OMH per meter sedikit lebih besar akan tetapi pada akhirnya total OMH layout usulan mengalami penurunan biaya dibanding layout awal. Layout usulan yang dapat digunakan oleh UKM Anugerah Mina Lestari adalah salah satu dari 3 metode pertukaran yang memberikan total jarak yang paling minimal tersebut
English Abstract
Anugerah Mina Lestari UKM is a small business that produces processed fish snacks such as BATARI (Bandeng Without Thorns), presto milkfish, shredded milkfish, crispy milkfish, smoked milkfish without spines, catfish without spines, millennial brains, and many other processed fish dishes are manufactured by UKM Anugerah Mina Lestari. The product is processed or manufactured at the home of the sustainable Mina Anugerah UKM's owner. The manufacturing process is highly complicated and necessitates a large amount of space. With a manufacturing space of approximately 42 m2, production can run smoothly and efficiently. The layout design of the manufacturing facilities at the Anugerah Mina Lestari UKM, on the other hand, still has to be evaluated in order to improve the production process' effectiveness and efficiency. Analyzing the initial layout, data flow of goods, number of departments, distance of movement, and the assumption of the cost of transporting materials was used to conduct research on the re-planning of the layout of production facilities at the Anugerah Mina Lestari UKM. At UKM Anugerah Mina Lestari, the study is being used to determine the current cost of transporting and transferring materials. The strategy employed in this study was to use the CRAFT Algorithm in conjunction with WinQsb software to create a proposed layout with the goal of decreasing the moving distance and thus the cost of moving items. There are four ways to trade crafts. improve exchanging 2 then 3 departments and improve exchanging 3 then 2 departments. The results of Craft data processing using the exchange method improve exchanging 2 departments, improve exchanging 2 then 3 departments dan improve exchanging 3 then 2 departments, namely the packing department (H) and the storage department (I). Because of the swap, the monthly distance traveled will be reduced to 379 meters from 471.5 meters previously. As a result, the overall cost of transporting materials (OMH) dropped by 14%, from Rp. 52,966 per month to Rp. 45,542 per month. There is a difference of Rp. 9.61 in OMH per meter, with the OMH per meter being slightly higher, but the overall OMH of the proposed layout has fallen in cost when compared to the initial configuration.
