Abstract

Lesehan & Kolam Pancing Kresna merupakan restoran dan tempat pemancingan yang didirikan di Pacet, Mojokerto. Proses manajemen keuangan yang dilakukan oleh Lesehan & Kolam Pancing Kresna dilakukan secara manual dimana pencatatan masih dilakukan dengan cara pembukuan lalu dipindahkan ke dalam Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Word setiap bulannya. Proses pencatatan keuangan dilakukan oleh pengelola keuangan. Proses pencatatan yang dilakukan sering mendapatkan masalah berupa hasil dari pencatatan tidak sama dengan keadaan uang yang ada pada restoran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempermudah pihak Lesehan & Kolam Pancing Kresna dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan dan pembuatan laporan keuangan serta mendapatkan informasi mengenai tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi manajemen keuangan. Permasalahan yang didapat kemudian mendapatkan sebuah solusi yaitu mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen keuangan berbasis website dengan menggunakan model evolutionary prototype. Model ini digunakan karena pemangku kepentingan masih belum bisa menjelaskan kebutuhan dengan jelas pada saat penggalian kebutuhan pertama, selain itu model ini memberikan keuntungan berupa proses pengembangan yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan model prototyping lainnya. Penelitian ini mendapatkan kesimpulan berupa permasalahan dari Lesehan & Kolam Pancing Kresna diselesaikan dengan mempermudah aktivitas proses bisnis saat ini (as-is) menjadi proses bisnis rekomendasi (to-be) dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi manajemen keuangan yang memiliki fitur sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan framework Laravel. Sistem informasi diuji dengan menggunakan validation testing untuk menguji fitur dari sistem apakah dapat berjalan dengan baik. Pengujian user acceptance testing (UAT) dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem dari sisi functional and correctness dan usability. Pengujian mendapatkan hasil sebesar 87% yang menunjukkan bahwa pengguna sangat setuju terhadap sistem yang telah dikembangkan.

English Abstract

Lesehan & Kolam Pancing Kresna is a restaurant and fishing spot established in Pacet, Mojokerto. The financial management process carried out by Lesehan & Kolam Pancing Kresna is done manually where the recording is still done using bookkeeping and then transferred to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word every month. The financial recording process is carried out by the financial manager. The recording process that is carried out often gets problems in the form of results from a recording that is not the same as the state of the money in the restaurant. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the Lesehan & Kolam Pancing Kresna in carrying out financial records and making financial reports and obtaining information about the level of user acceptance of the financial management information system. The problems obtained then get a solution, namely developing a website-based financial management information system using the evolutionary prototype model. This model is used because stakeholders still cannot explain the needs clearly at the time of exploring the first requirement, besides that this model provides the advantage of a faster development process compared to other prototyping models. This research concludes that problems from Lesehan & Kresna Fishing Pond are solved by simplifying current business process activities (as-is) into recommendation business processes (to-be) by utilizing financial management information systems that have features according to needs and developed using Laravel frameworks. The information system is tested using validation testing to test the features of the system whether it can run well. User acceptance testing (UAT) is conducted to obtain information regarding the level of user acceptance of the system in terms of functional and correctness and usability. Tests get results of 87% which indicates that users strongly agree with the system that has been developed.
