Abstract
"Desi Fatmawati, Perancangan User Interface Berbasis Android Sistem Informasi OSIS Dengan Pendekatan Human Centered Design Studi Kasus SMKN 1 Dlanggu. Pembimbing: Hanifah Muslimah Az-Zahrah, S.Sn., M.Ds. dan Wibisono Sukmo Wardhono, S.T., M.T. SMK Negeri 1 Dlanggu merupakan salah satu SMK sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berbasis teknologi dan pariwisata. OSIS merupakan suatu organisasi yang sangat utama bagi sekolah yang bertujuan untuk menggerakkan siswa siswi dalam menyalurkan bakat dan ide kreatifvitas. Organisasi OSIS di SMK Negeri 1 Dlanggu sangat berperan penting bagi sekolah terutama informasi dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh OSIS. Pada penyampaian informasi atau kegiatan OSIS seperti pemilihan ketua OSIS dan informasi event OSIS masih dilakukan secara manual artinya belum ada sistem yang terintegrasi dengan baik. Hal ini kegiatan yang dilakukan masih belum efesien dan menyita waktu dan energi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti membuat perancangan antarmuka pengguna sistem informasi OSIS untuk membantu proses pemilihan ketua OSIS dan meyampaikan sebuah informasi kegiatan secara efesien dan efektif. Perancangan antarmuka sistem informasi OSIS menggunakan pendekatan Human Centered Design (HCD) untuk menghasilkan rancangan yang berpedoman kepada pengguna yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konteks pengguna, spesifikasi kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa desain wireframe low fidelity dan prototype high fidelity yang dievaluasi oleh pemangku kepentingan sebagai domain expert yakni pembina OSIS dan pengujian usability testing menggunakan kelompok pengguna yakni 1 admin, 3 guru dan 3 siswa. Pengujian desain sistem dilakukan secara iterasi dan pengujian untuk hasil akhir dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian usability testing dengan penilaian SUS. Hasil dari pengujian yang diperoleh mendapatkan nilai skor dengan rata-rata 84,6 hasil dari nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa desain sistem dapat di terima oleh calon pengguna. English Abstract
SMK Negeri 1 Dlanggu is one of the vocational high school vocational schools based on technology and tourism. OSIS is a very important organization for schools that aims to mobilize students in channeling talents and creative ideas. The OSIS organization at SMK Negeri 1 Dlanggu is very important for schools, especially information and activities carried out by the OSIS. In the delivery of information or OSIS activities such as the election of the OSIS chairman and information on OSIS events, it is still done manually, meaning that there is no well-integrated system. This activity is still inefficient and takes time and energy. Based on these problems, the researcher designed the OSIS information system user interface to assist the process of selecting the OSIS chairman and conveying information on activities efficiently and effectively. The design of the OSIS information system interface uses the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach to produce a user-friendly design that is in accordance with the needs of the user context, specification of user needs. The results of this study are low fidelity wireframe designs and high fidelity prototypes which are evaluated by stakeholders as domain experts, namely the OSIS builder and usability testing using user groups, namely 1 admin, 3 teachers and 3 students. System design testing is carried out iteratively and testing for the final results is carried out using usability testing with SUS assessment. The results of the tests obtained get a score with an average of 84.6 the results of these values indicate that the system design can be accepted by potential users.
