Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mengkaji tentang konflik agraria di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Mandalika Lombok antara masyarakat Desa Kute dan ITDC Lombok. Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan, pertama untuk mengetahui proses perampasan tanah untuk produksi ruang KEK Mandalika di Desa Kute. Kedua untuk mengetahui dampak perampasan lahan di Desa Kute untuk produksi ruang KEK Mandalika. Ketiga untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh konflik tersebut terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat Desa Kute di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Mandalika Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Untuk menentukan informan, penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik snowball. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akuisisi lahan yang dilakukan pihak pemodal yaitu dengan modus membeli tanah masyarakat dengan harga yang rendah dan tidak sesuai dengan harga yang diinginkan masyarakat. Di lapangan penulis menemukan ekspektasi yang berbeda dari apa yang di klaim pemerintah bahwa adanya KEK Mandalika ini akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar proyek tersebut. Berdasarkan pengakuan masyarakat, pembangunan KEK Mandalika justru merugikan masyarakat.
English Abstract
This research is a study that examines agrarian conflicts in the Mandalika Lombok Special Economic Zone between the people of Kute Village and ITDC Lombok. This study has two objectives, first to find out the process of land grabbing for the production of the KAL Mandalika space in Kute Village. Second, to find out the impact of land grabbing in Kute Village for the production of the KAL Mandalika space. Third, to find out the extent of the effect of the conflict on the socio-economic community of the Kute Village in the Central Lombok Special Economic Zone. This research uses qualitative research. To determine the informants, the authors of this study used the snowball technique. The results of this study indicate that the acquisition of land by investors is by buying the community land at a low price and not in accordance with the price desired by the community. In the field the authors found expectations that were different from what the government claimed that the existence of the Mandalika SEZ would improve the welfare of the community around the project. Based on community recognition, the construction of the Mandalika SEZ is actually detrimental to the community.
