Abstract

Kabupaten Lombok Timur merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Pulau Lombok yang terancam bencana letusan Gunung Berapi Rinjani. Potensi letusan Gunung Rinjani tersebar di 4 kabupaten dan salah satu Kecamatan di Lombok Timur yaitu Kecamatan Sembalun memiliki potensi lebih tinggi dikarenakan kedekatannya dengan Gunung Rinjani. Erupsi Gunung Rinjani terakhir terjadi tanggal 1 Agustus 2016 dan tidak terjadi korban jiwa. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis risiko bencana dengan parameter ancaman, kerentanan dan kapasitas. Parameter kerentanan terbagi menjadi empat yaitu kerentanan fisik, kerentanan sosial, kerentanan ekonomi dan kerentanan lingkungan. Hasil dari ancaman, kerentanan dan kapasitas di overlay sehingga menghasilkan peta risiko bencana dengan terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) kelas, yaitu risiko tinggi, risiko sedang dan risiko rendah. Analisis selanjutnya untuk menentukan jalur evakuasi yaitu analisis jalur tercepat (network analyst). Kawasan risiko bencana tinggi memiliki luas total 6.566 Ha dan risiko bencana sedang memiliki luas total 11.943 Ha. Hasil dari risiko bencana diaplikasikan dengan analisis jalur tercepat dimana memperhatikan kondisi dan luas jalan serta daya tampung kapasitas lokasi evakuasi dan dihasilkan 8 titik lokasi evakuasi bencana letusan Gunung Rinjani di Kecamatan Sembalun

English Abstract

East Lombok Regency is one of the districts on Lombok Island that is threatened by the eruption of the Rinjani Volcano. The potential of Mount Rinjani eruption is spread in 4 districts and one of the Districts in East Lombok, Sembalun District has a higher potential due to its proximity to Mount Rinjani. The last eruption of Mount Rinjani occurred on August 1, 2016 and there were no fatalities. The analysis used in the study is disaster risk analysis with parameters of threats, vulnerabilities and capacities. The vulnerability parameters are divided into four, namely physical vulnerability, social vulnerability, economic vulnerability and environmental vulnerability. The results of threats, vulnerabilities and capacities are overlaid, resulting in a disaster risk map divided into 3 (three) classes, namely high risk, moderate risk and low risk. The next analysis to determine the evacuation route is the analysis of the fastest path (network analyst). The high disaster risk area has a total area of 6,566 ha and the risk of disaster is having a total area of 11,943 ha. The results of disaster risk were applied with the analysis of the fastest paths where the conditions and the width of the road and the capacity of the evacuation location were observed and 8 evacuation points of the Mount Rinjani eruption in Sembalun District were generated.
