Indonesian Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji faktor perilaku individu dalam lingkup minat dan penggunaan sistem e-village budgeting di instansi publik. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan model UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 121 responden merupakan aparatur desa yang aktif menggunakan sistem e-village budgeting pada setiap kantor pemerintah desa di wilayah Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metoda survei dilakukan dalam proses pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektansi kinerja, ekspektansi usaha, dan keyakinan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-village budgeting. Minat penggunaan e-village budgeting beserta kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku penggunaan e-village budgeting. Gender sebagai variabel moderasi diketahui tidak didukung. Pengaruh ekspektansi kinerja terhadap minat penggunaan e-village budgeting meningkat terutama pada aparatur desa yang mempunyai usia lebih muda.

English Abstract

This research assesses the factors of individual behaviors in the scope of intention and use of e-village budgeting system in public offices using UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model. Using stratified sampling technique, 121 village apparatuses in Banyuwangi Regency who actively use e-village budgeting system were selected as the respondents. Survey method was used in the data collection processes. This study finds that performance expectation, effort expectation, and self-confidence positively and significantly influence the intention to use e-village budgeting. The intention to use e-village budgeting and the facilitating conditions positively and significantly influence the behavior to use e-village budgeting. In addition, gender as a moderator variable is not supported. Finally, the influence of performance expectation on the intention to use e-village budgeting increases, particularly for younger village apparatuses.
