Indonesian Abstract

Pelayanan rawat jalan menjadi layanan prioritas rumah sakit sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah menyusun prosedur pelayanan yang tepat. Prosedur pelayanan yang tepat menjamin peningkatan mutu pelayanan rawat jalan menjadi efektif dengan memperhatikan faktor kenyamanan lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara prosedur pelayanan rawat jalan dengan efektivitas pelayanan, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Citra Husada (RSCH). Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang melibatkan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel yaitu karyawan Unit Rawat Jalan RSCH sebanyak 38 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan April 2019 dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan koefisien korelasi Spearman. Analisis hubungan prosedur pelayanan dengan efektivitas pelayanan, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kinerja karyawan mempunyai koefisien korelasi 0.790 (sangat kuat), 0.536 (cukup kuat) dan 0,259 (lemah). Hasil penelitian menyatakan prosedur pelayanan mempunyai hubungan dengan efektivitas pelayanan dan lingkungan kerja non fisik, tetapi tidak berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan.

English Abstract

Outpatient services become priority services of the hospital so that efforts are needed to improve the quality of services. One effort that can be done is to develop appropriate service procedures. Appropriate service procedures ensure an increase in the quality of outpatient services to be effective by taking into account the comfort factors of the non-physical work environment and employee performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between outpatient service procedures with service effectiveness, non-physical work environment and employee performance at Citra Husada Hospital (RSCH). The study uses a quantitative correlational design with a cross sectional approach that involves all members of the population as a sample of 38 RSCH Outpatient Unit employees. Sampling was carried out in April 2019 by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation coefficient. Analysis of the relationship of service procedures with service effectiveness, non-physical work environment and employee performance has a correlation coefficient of 0.790 (very strong), 0.536 (strong enough) and 0.259 (weak). The results of the study stated that service procedures have a relationship with service effectiveness and nonphysical work environment, but not related to employee performance.
