Indonesian Abstract

Prenatal attachment merupakan ikatan emosional yang dibangun antara ibu dan janin selama kehamilan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari cara seorang ibu dalam menunjukkan kasih sayang kepada bayinya, dengan melakukan Antenatal Care (ANC) dan berkomitmen untuk menjaga bayinya. Ibu yang melakukan antenatal care sesuai standar akan mengetahui pertumbuhan janin dan komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi selama kehamilan sehingga dapat menurunkan angka kematian ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara prenatal attachment dengan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam melaksanakan Antenatal Care Trimester III (K4). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III dengan usia kehamilan 36-42 minggu sebanyak 48 ibu hamil di Kelurahan Kotalama wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kedungkandang, Kota Malang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini diukur menggunakan kuesioner Prenatal Attachment Inventory dan kuesioner kepatuhan. Hasil Uji Chi-Square pada penelitian hubungan prenatal attachment dengan kepatuhan ibu melakukan ANC didapatkan hasil ρ value sebesar 0,002, yang berarti ρ value < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara prenatal attachment dengan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam melaksanakan Antenatal Care Trimester III (K4) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kedungkandang Kota Malang.

English Abstract

Prenatal attachments are emotional bonds that are built between the mother and the fetus during pregnancy. This can be seen from the way mothers show affection to their babies, by doing Antenatal Care (ANC) and commited to take care of their babies. Mothers who carry out antenatal care according to the standard will know about fetal growth and complications that may occur during pregnancy so that they can reduce maternal mortality. This study aimed to see the relationship between prenatal attachments and compliance of pregnant women in carrying out Antenatal Care Trimester III (K4). The research design used was descriptive analytic with cross-sectional discussion. The sample in this study were trimester III pregnant women with a pregnancy of 36-42 weeks as many as 48 pregnant women in Kotalama working area of Kedungkandang Health Center, Malang City. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique. This study was be measured with the Prenatal Attachment Inventory questionnaire and the questionnaire agreed. The Chi-Square test results in the study of the relationship between prenatal attachments and agreeing to the mother to perform an ANC were obtained ρ value of 0.002, which means the value of ρ <0.05. This shows that there is a relationship between prenatal attachment and adherence of pregnant women in implementing Antenatal Care Trimester III (K4) in the working area of Kedungkandang Health Center, Malang City.
