Indonesian Abstract

Permintaan konverter pada saat ini terus meningkat hari ke hari karena hampir semua sistem perangkat elektronik membutuhkan catu daya DC. Penggunaan sistem catu daya DC memerlukan sistem yang mampu mengkonversi tegangan DC dari suatu tingkat tegangan DC ke dalam bentuk tingkatan DC yang lain. DC-DC Converter dengan dual output adalah peran elektronika daya untuk meningkatkan kehandalan pada suatu industri. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang unjuk kerja buck-boost converter dual output dan buck boost converter konvensional, mengetahui perubahan nilai duty cycle serta menghitung nilai efisiensi yang dipengaruhi nilai ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) dan konverter di uji coba pada beban 100 Ohm, 300 Ohm, dan 500 Ohm. Pengujian dilakukan pada software PSIM dengan merangkai rangkaian terlebih dahulu. Buck-boost converter dual output mampu menghasilkan tegangan dengan dua output non inverting dengan hasil yang diinginkan. Perubahan duty cycle mempengaruhi nilai tegangan dan memiliki efisiensi lebih rendah dibandingkan buck-boost converter konvensional. Buck-boost converter konvensional menghasilkan tegangan satu output inverting dengan hasil yang diinginkan, perubahan duty cycle mempengaruhi nilai tegangan dan memiliki efisiensi lebih tinggi dibandingkan buck-boost converter dual output.

English Abstract

The demand for converters at this time continues to increase day by day because almost all electronic device systems require DC power supplies. The use of a DC power supply system requires a system capable of converting DC voltage from a DC voltage level to another DC level. DC-DC Converter with dual output is the role of power electronics to increase reliability in an industry. This research examines the performance of a dual output buck-boost converter and conventional buck boost converter, knowing changes in the value of duty cycle and calculating the efficiency value that is influenced by the value of ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) and converters tested at 100 Ohm, 300 Ohm 500 Ohms. Testing is done on PSIM software by arranging the circuit first. A dual output Buck-boost converter is able to produce a voltage with two non-inverting outputs with the desired results. Changes in duty cycle affect the value of the voltage and have efficiency lower than a conventional buck-boost converter. Conventional buck-boost converter produces one output inverting voltage with the desired results, changes in duty cycle affect the value of the voltage and have a higher efficiency than buck-boost converter dual output.
