Indonesian Abstract

Salah satu aktivitas yang dapat menimbulkan MSD’s adalah pekerjaan MMH. KPRIRSSA merupakan koperasi pegawai yang dimiliki oleh Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. KPRI-RSSA memiliki beberapa usaha yang dijalankan, salah satunya adalah usaha makanan dan minuman. Terdapat gudang yang menunjang kegiatan usaha tersebut. Dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas pergudangan, terdapat aktivitas MMH yang dilakukan oleh pegawai gudang. Pegawai gudang yang yang melakukan aktivitas MMH mengeluhkan pegal-pegal dan rasa sakit terutama pada bagian bahu, punggung dan pinggang yang terindikasi sebagai gejala MSD’s dan diperlukan identifikasi risiko lebih lanjut agar dapat dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengurangi risiko terjadinya MSD’s. Proses identifikasi risiko MSD’s pada aktivitas MMH yang dilakukan oleh pegawai gudang di KPRI-RSSA, digunakan alat penilaian risiko yaitu Manual Assessment Charts (MAC) Tool. MAC Tool digunakan karena aktivitas MMH yang dilakukan dipergudangan adalah aktivitas lifting dan carrying. Terdapat 4 aktivitas yang dinilai yaitu aktiitas carrying menuju ke gudang A (food), lifting menuju ke rak gudang A (food), carrying menuju ke gudang B (nonfood), dan lifting menuju ke rak gudang B (nonfood). Setalah dilakukan penilaian, dilakukan pengkategorian risiko MSD’s dari total skor yang diperoleh. Hasil dari penelitian menunjkkan bahwa aktivitas carrying menuju ke gudang A (food) mendapatkan total skor 12, aktivitas lifting menuju ke rak gudang A (food) mendapatkan total skor 18, aktivitas carrying menuju ke gudang B (nonfood) mendapatkan total skor 7, aktivitas lifting menuju ke rak gudang B (nonfood) mendapatkan total skor 14. Didapatkan skor 7 dan 12 termasuk dalam kategori penilaian dibutuhkannya aksi dengan jangka waktu di masa depan dan skor 14 dan 18 termasuk dalam kategori penilaian yang dibutuhkan aksi dengan jangka waktu dekat atau tidak lama lagi, dikarena keempat aktivitas membutuhkan tindakan perbaikan maka keempat aktivitas tersebut diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berupa usulan perbaikan layout gudang dengan melakukan pengelompokan jenis barang serta meminimalisir barang yang tidak dibituhkan di gudang. Rekomendasi selanjutnya adalah usulan perbaikan fasilitas kerja berupa desain alat bantu berupa trolley dan tangga, selain itu diberikan rekomendasi berupa usulan perbaikan secara administrasi yaitu standard operating prosedures (SOP) untuk aktivitas lifting. Lalu memberikan rekomendasi berupa usulan perbaikan stasiun kerja dengan memberikan tambahan alat penata udara berupa kipas angin atau air conditioner (AC) dan lampu. Setelah diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan dilakukan penilaian ulang menggunakan MAC Tool dan alat bantu penilaian lainnya yaitu RAPP Tool dikarenakan saat diberikan rekomendasi berupa alat bantu trolley aktivitas carrying berubah menjadi aktivitas pushing. Setelah dilakukan penilaian ulang didapatkan skor untuk aktivitas carrying menuju ke gudang A (food) mendapatkan total skor 5, aktivitas lifting menuju ke rak gudang A (food) mendapatkan total skor 5, aktivitas carrying menuju ke gudang B (nonfood) mendapatkan total skor 5, aktivitas lifting menuju ke rak gudang B (nonfood) mendapatkan total skor 1.

English Abstract

One activity that can cause MSD's is MMH's work. KPRI-RSSA is an employee cooperative owned by the Regional General Hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. KPRIRSSA has several businesses carried out, one of which is a food and beverage business. There is a warehouse that supports these business activities. In carrying out warehousing activities, there are MMH activities carried out by warehouse employees. Warehouse staff who carry out MMH activities complaining about the aches and pains they feel, especially in the shoulders, back and waist, that indicated by MSD's symptoms. The occurrence of MSD that is felt by warehouse employees requires further risk identification so that repairs can be made afterwards to reduce the risk of MSD's occurrence. MSD’s risk identification process for MMH activities carried out by warehouse employees at KPRI-RSSA, a risk assessment tool, the Manual Assessment Charts (MAC) Tool, is used. MAC Tool is used because the MMH activity carried out in storage is lifting and carrying activities. There were 4 activities assessed, namely activity carrying to warehouse A (food), lifting towards the warehouse shelves A (food), carrying to warehouse B (nonfood), and lifting towards the warehouse shelves B (nonfood). After the assessment is carried out, MSD's risk categorization of the total score obtained is carried out. The results of the study show that the carrying activity to the warehouse A (food) gets a total score of 12, lifting activities towards the warehouse shelves A (food) get a total score of 18, carrying activities to warehouse B (nonfood) get a total score of 7, lifting activities towards the warehouse shelves B (nonfood) gets a total score of 14. Obtained a score of 7 and 12 included in the assessment category required action with a future period and a score of 14 and 18 included in the assessment category that requires near-term action or soon , because the four activities require corrective actions, the four activities are given recommendations for improvement in the form of proposals to improve warehouse layouts by grouping the types of good product and minimizing items that are not needed in the warehouse. The next recommendation is the proposed improvement of work facilities in the form of design of tools in the form of trolleys and ladders, in addition, recommendations are given in the form of administrative improvements, namely standard operating procedures (SOP) for lifting activities. Then provide recommendations in the form of proposals to repair work stations by providing additional air-conditioning equipment in the form of fans or air conditioners and lights. After being given a recommendation for improvement, a re-assessment was made using the MAC Tool and other assessment tools, namely the RAPP Tool because when given a recommendation in the form of a trolley tool the carrying activity turned into pushing activity. After a reassessment, the scores for carrying activities to the warehouse A (food) get a total score of 5, lifting activities towards the warehouse shelves A (food) get a total score of 5, carrying activities to warehouse B (nonfood) get a total score of 5, lifting activities towards the warehouse shelves B (nonfood) gets a total score of 1.
