Indonesian Abstract

Pelayanan air bersih di Desa Sendang Dajah dan Desa Sendang Laok Kecamatan Labang masih sangat kurang, dan salah satu solusinya untuk mengatasinya butuh suatu jaringan air bersih yang bias melayani Desa Sendang Laok dan Desa Sendang Dajah. Dalam studi ini dilakukan analisa jaringan air bersih dengan bantuan aplikasi Software WaterCAD V8i untuk mengetahui kondisi hidrolis jaringan pipa. Analisa rencana anggaran biaya juga dilakukan dalam studi ini yang meliputi anggaran pengadaan dan pekerjaan tandon dan pipa saja,. Dari hasil Rencana Anggaran Biaya kemudian dilakukan analisa ekonomi dengan menggunakan 5 parameter yaitu Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Analisa Pengembalian (payback periode), Analisa Sensivitas. Dari Hasil Perencanaan Kebutuhan Air Bersih didapatkan bahwa kebutuhan air di Desa Sendang Dajah dan Desa Sendang Laok adalah sebesar 6,835 lt/detik, jika dilihat dari sumber air yang ada sebesar 100 lt/detik, mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di Desa Sendang Dajah dan Desa Sendang Laok. Dari hasil simulasi jaringan pipa menggunakan Aplikasi Software WaterCAD V8, bahwa sistem jaringan pipa dapat berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini didasarkan kondisi tekanan, headloss gradient, dan kecepatan telah sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan dalam SNI. Anggaran Biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam perencanaan ini sebesar Rp. 7.577,052,134,50-. Analisa Ekonomi pada tingkat suku bunga 9,25% didapatkan nilai Rasio Biaya Manfaat (B/C) sebesar 1,04, nilai Net Present Value didapatkan sebesar Rp. 49.189,139,53,- . Tingkat Pengembalian Internal (IRR) sebesar 9,78%. tahun. Analisa Pengembalian selama 12,61 tahun, dan harga air yang ditetapkan jika B/C = 1 sebesar Rp. 6,724.78,- B/C > 1 sebesar Rp. 7.000,-. dan harga air saat biaya konstruksi 100% ditanggung pemerintah Rp. 350,- per m³

English Abstract

Clean water services in Sendang Dajah Village and Sendang Laok Village in Labang Sub-District are still lacking, and one solution to overcome them requires a clean water network that can serve Sendang Laok Village and Sendang Dajah Village. In this study an analysis of clean water network was carried out with the assistance of the WaterCAD V8i Software application to determine the hydraulic conditions of the pipeline network. An analysis of the budget plan was also carried out in this study which included the procurement and storage of tanks and pipes only. From the results of the Cost Budget Plan then economic analysis is carried out by using 5 parameters, namely Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Return Analysis (payback period), and Sensitivity Analysis. From the results of the Clean Water Requirement Plan, it was found that the water needs in Sendang Dajah Village and Sendang Laok Village were 6.835 lt / sec, if it is seen from the existing water source of 100 lt / sec, it was able to meet the needs of the community in Sendang Dajah and Sendang Laok. From the results of the pipe network simulation using the WaterCAD V8 Software Application, the pipeline network system can run well. This is based on conditions of pressure, head-loss gradient, and speed according to the requirements set out in SNI. The budget needed in this plan is Rp. 7,577,052,134.50-. Economic analysis at an interest rate of 9.25% is obtained by the value of the Benefit Ratio (B / C) of 1.04, the Net Present Value is obtained at Rp. 49,189,139,53,-. Internal Return Rate (IRR) is 9.78% per year. Analysis of Returns is for 12.61 years, and water prices determined if B / C = 1 of Rp. 6,724.78, - B / C > 1 of Rp. 7,000. and water prices when the construction costs are 100% borne by the government is Rp. 350,- per m³
