Indonesian Abstract

Silicene memiliki sifat mekanik yang lebih unggul dibandingkan material dua dimensi lain pada golongan IV setelah graphene. Dengan Teori Fungsi Kerapatan, secara komputasi dapat diketahui sifat mekanik silicene dengan pemodelan atom silicene. Pengaruh doping atom Alumunium terhadap sifat mekanik silicene dihitung dengan pendekatan density functional pertubation theory (DFPT) yang merupakan metode pengembangan dari teori fungsi kerapatan. Doping atom Alumunium dapat menambah variasi sifat mekanik silicene. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perubahan sifat mekanik berupa elastisitas material, kekerasan, daktilnes, britelness dan plastisitas bahan, yang dipengaruhi oleh energi adsorpsi dan stabilitas stuktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membuat nilai elastisitas, dan kekerasan bahan meningkat setelah dilakukan doping dengan atom alumunium pada tiga posisi yang berbeda.

English Abstract

Silicene has superior mechanical properties compared to other materials at the same group IV in the table of elements. With the Density Function Theory, it can detect the mechanical properties of silicene by modeling silicene atoms. The effect of Alumunium doped on the mechanical properties of silicene is calculated by density functional pertubation theory (DFPT) approach which is the method from density function theories development. Aluminum atoms doped in silicene can make variation value of mechanical properties of silicene. The results of this study are mechanical properties in the form of material elasticity, Hardness, daktilnes, britelness and plasticity of materials, which is influenced by the binding energy and the distribution of electron density. Where the high energy and electron density had decrease affect in mechanical properties. The results of this study are to increase elasticity values, and Hardness by Alumunium doped in three defferent position of doping
