Abstract
Fibroblas berperan penting dalam fase proliferasi yaitu mensintesis ECM (Extracelullar Matrix) yang baru dan immature collage. Gel ekstrak daun kersen (Muntingia calabura L.) mengandung senyawa kimia flavonoid, saponin dan tanin yang dapat membantu penyembuhan luka, meningkatkan kolagen dan fibroblas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gel ekstrak daun kersen terhadap jumlah fibroblas pasca pencabutan gigi pada tikus putih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan true experimental menggunakan Post Test Only Randomized Control Grup Design pada tikus putih. Sampel dibagi acak menjadi 6 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberi gel ekstrak daun kersen dan kelompok perlakuan yang diberi gel ekstrak daun kersen dan didekaputasi pada hari ke-3, ke-5, dan ke-7. Jaringan keras gigi diambil dan pewarnaan Hematoxylin Eosin. Hasil uji-t tidak berpasangan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan (p<0,05). Fibroblas mencapai puncaknya di hari ke-7. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah gel ekstrak daun kersen berpengaruh terhadap jumlah fibroblas pasca pencabutan gigi tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus).
English Abstract
Fibroblasts play an important role in the proliferation phase, which is synthesizing new ECM (Extracelullar Matrix) and immature collage. Cherry leaf extract gel (Muntingia calabura L.) contains chemical compounds of flavonoids, saponins and tannins which can help as wound healing, increase collagen and fibroblasts. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cherry leaf extract gel on the number of fibroblasts after tooth extraction in white rats. The research method used was true experimental using the Post Test Only Randomized Control Design Group in white rat. The sample was split randomly and divided into 6 groups, the control groups who were not given the cherry leaf extract gel and the treatment groups was given a cherry leaf extract gel and was decaputated in day-3rd, 5th, and 7th. Hard tooth tissue was taken and Hematoxylin Eosin staining. The results of the independent t-test showed a significant difference between the control group and the treatment group (p <0.05). Fibroblasts height at 7th day. The conclusions of research on the cherry leaf extract gel have an effect on the amount of tooth extraction fibroblasts of white rat.
