Indonesian Abstract

When they are retire, the PMW will find it difficult to find a new job. Full-time Migrant Workers (PMW) who are unemployed are likely to have a negative impact on the family economy, because when they become PMW they become the foundation of the family economy. The informal sector such as opening a productive economic enterprise becomes an option for the full PMW due to the low absorption of manpower. The success of a business will not be created if society has an individual mindset.
