Indonesian Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi existing capaian nilai SMA unggulan di kabupatena Banyuwangi terhadap 9 standar SMA Bertaraf Internasional dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kelayakan SMA unggulan di kabupaten Banyuwangi untuk menjadi SMA Bertaraf Internasional. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada tiga SMA Unggulan di Kabupaten Banyuwang. Menurut Prof. Dr. Ir Mojiarto, Msc dalam bukunya Sekolah Unggul (2002), disebutkan bahwa secara umum Pengertian sekolah Unggul adalah sekolah yang mampu menghasilkan lulusan dengan prestasi akademik tinggi. Intinya, lulusanya merupakan lulusan dengan mutu unggul. S BI adalah sekolah nasional yang menyiapkan peserta didiknya berdasar standar nasional Pendidikan (SNP) Indonesia dan tarafnya Internasional sehingga lulusanya memiliki kemampuan daya saing internasional. SBI = (SNP + X) dimana SNP meliputi 8 (delapan) Standar yaitu Kompetensi lulusan, isi, proses, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, pembiayaan, pengelolaan dan penilaian dan X adalah SNP yang diperkaya, dilkembangkan, diperluas, diperdalam melalui adaptasi atau adopsi terhadap standar pendidikan yang diangkap reputasi mutunya diakui secara internsional. Sedangkan yang menjadi tolok ukur saat ini oleh diknas X adalah Pengembangan Budaya dan lingkungan sekolah.Dalam analisa data penelitian menggunakan metode diskriptif Kualitatif.H asil akhir analisis existing capaian masing-masing SMA Unggulan di bandingkan dengan Nilai standar SMA bertaraf Internasional, diketahui bahwa Skor tertinggi di peroleh SMA N 1 Genteng sebesar 39 dengan selisih 3 poin dari Skor SMA Bertaraf Internasional. Sehingga memperoleh tingkat kelayakan Cukup Layak. Disusul SMAN 1 Giri sebesar 37 selisih 5, Tingkat Kelayakan pada posisi kurang layak. Sedang Urutan Ketiga adalah SMAN 1 Glagah sebesar 36 selisih 6 poin. Sehingga tingkat keyakannya pada posisi Kurang layak. SMA N 1 Genteng punya peluang yang lebih besar di banding dua SMA lainya untuk bisa menjadi layak Bertaraf Internasional.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the condition of existing achievements of the school districts top high school Banyuwangi against nine standard international s chool and to determine how the districts top high school eligibility to become a high school Banyuwangi International Standard. SBI, According Prof. Dr. Ir Mojiarto, MSc School of Excellence in his book (2002), stated that the general definition Winning schools are schools that are able to produce graduates with high academic achievement. In essence, The graduate is a graduate with excellent quality. SBI is a national school students prepare participants based on national standards of Education (SNP) International Indonesia and his level so The Graduate have the capability of international competitiveness. SBI = (X + SNP) where SNP includes eight (8) Standards of Competence graduates, content, process, educators and educational personnel, facilities and infrastructure, financing, management and assessment and SNP X is enriched, developed, expanded, deepened through adaptation or adoption of the standard of education is considered an internationally recognized reputation for quality. While the current benchmark by diknas, X is the Development of Cultural and school environmental . In this study uses descriptive methods of analysis of existing Kualitatif. the end result of each high school achievements in comparison with the seeded default value is an international high school, it is known that the highest Score was obtained SMA N 1 Genteng at 3 9 by a margin of 3 points from the Score high school BI. Enough so that the feasibility of obtaining adequate levels. Followed by SMAN 1 Giri 37 difference of 5 on the position of Eligibility less feasible. Third Order is being SMAN 1 Glagah of 3 6 difference of 6 points. So the level of the position kelayakanya Less feasible. SMA N 1 Genteng have greater opportunities in the appeal two other high school to be a viable international standard.
