Abstract
Dalam sistem pembangkit, mesin boiler merupakan sistem utama yang berfungsi untuk menghasilkan uap untuk memutar turbin. Kegagalan pada komponen boiler menyebabkan mesin boiler tidak dapat beroperasi dan terjadi kehilangan produksi listrik di PT PJB UP Gresik. Di tahun 2016 mesin boiler mengalami downtime selama 14277 menit, hal ini meyebabkan kerugian pada PT PJB UP Gresik. Upaya untuk menjamin ketersediaan pasokan energi listrik, dibutuhkan suatu proses pemeliharaan yang tepat terhadap mesin boiler. Pada penelitian ini, strategi pemeliharaan yang akan dirancang adalah implementasi perancangan maintenance task atau aktivitas pemeliharaan dengan menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance II. Metode Reliability Centered Maintenance II dipilih karena memiliki kelebihan dalam menentukan program pemeliharaan yang tepat, pemeliharaan ini difokuskan pada komponen mesin kritis serta dapat mengeliminasi kegiatan perawatan yang tidak diperlukan. Perancangan maintenance dengan RCM II akan mampu menghasilkan maintenance task yang tepat berdasarkan fungsi peralatan untuk meminimalkan konsekuensi kegagalan yang terjadi. Semuanya akan dicantumkan ke dalam Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) diagram dan RCM II Decision diagram yang tergabung dalam RCM II Decision Worksheet. Hasil perhitungan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) pada mesin sekunder boiler adalah pada komponen Forced draft Fan, yaitu motor penggerak menghasilkan nilai yang paling tinggi yaitu rank severity sebesar 8, occurance sebesar 3 dan detection sebesar 5, sehingga nilai RPN yang dihasilkan oleh komponen motor penggerak adalah 120. Berdasarkan rancangan aktivitas pemeliharaan yang tepat dalam bentuk RCM II Decision Worksheet maka kerusakan komponen motor penggerak dilakukan tindakan scheduled discard task yaitu dilakukan pengecekan rutin terhadap getaran dan temperature bearing dengan menambahkan pelumas, dan interval waktu perawatan sebesar 1032 jam. Motor penggerak estimasi total biaya perawatan sebelum menggunakan interval perawatan dan rata-rata MTTF baru sebesar Rp. 40.442.319.533 sedangkan estimasi total biaya sesudah sebesar Rp. 47.426.143.237.
English Abstract
In a generator sytem, the boiler machine is the main system that serves to produce a steam to turn the turbines. The failure on the boiler component causes the boiler machine cannot operate and incur a loss of electricity production in PT PJB UP Gresik. In 2016, the boiler machine has been downtime during 14277 minutes, this event causes a loss on PT PJB UP Gresik. The efforts to ensure the availability of electricity supply, a proper maintenance process is required for the boiler machine. In this research, the maintenance strategy that will be designed is the implementation of maintenance task or the maintenance activity design uses Reliability Centered Maintenance II method. Reliability Centered Maintenance II method is chosen because it has an advantages in determining the proper maintenance program, this maintenance is focused on critical machine components and it can eliminate unnecessary maintenance activities. The design of maintenance with RCM II will be able to produce the proper maintenance task based on the function of the equipment to minimize the consequences of the failure that occurred. Everything will be included in the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) diagram and RCM II Decision diagram which incorporated in the RCM II Decision Worksheet. The calculation result of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) on boiler machine is on Forced draft Fan component, that is motor drive produces highest value which is the rank severity amount to 8, occurance amount to 3 and detection amount to 5, so the RPN value which is generated by the driving motor component is 120. Based on the design of the proper maintenance activities in the form of RCM II Decision Worksheet, then the damage of the driving motor components is performed by scheduled discard task, which is a routine checking of vibration and a bearing temperature by adding lubricant, and the interval of maintenance time is 1032 hour. The estimation total cost of motor drive maintenance before using the maintenance interval and the new MTTF average amount of Rp. 40.442.319.533, while the estimation of total cost after is amount of Rp. 47.426.143.237.
