Abstract

Keberhasilan produksi tanaman tebu ditentukan oleh kondisi tanaman pada awal fase (pertunasan).Kondisi struktur tanah merupakan faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman tebu.Struktur tanah yang baik adalah struktur tanah yang gembur, pergerakan air yang optimal, dan aerasi tanah yang baik.Peningkatan pertumbuhan tanaman tebu dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pengolahan tanah yang baik meyebabkan perbaikan terhadap struktur tanah.Penggunaan bahan organik berupa (kotoran sapi, blotong, dan biourin kelinci).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk menentukan kombinasi (kotoran sapi, blotong, dan biourin kelinci) yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kemantapan agregat tanah. (2) Untuk menentukan kombinasi (kotoran sapi, blotong, dan biourin kelinci) yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif awal tebu (fase pertunasan). Penelitian dilaksanakan di P3GI (Pusat Penelitian Perkebunan Gula Indonesia) di Pasuruan Jawa Timur dan di Laboratorium Fisika dan Kimia Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Brawijaya pada bulan Mei 2014 sampai dengan September 2015. Variabel pengamatan meliputi berat isi tanah, berat jenis tanah, porositas tanah, kapasitas lapang (pF 2.5), titik layu permanen (pF 4.2), kemantapan agregat, C-Organik, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan jumlah tunas/anakan tebu. Percobaan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 ulangan. Terdapat 8 perlakuan, yaitu P0 kontrol (tanpa bahan organik); P1 (blotong 20 Mg ha-1) ; P2 (kotoran sapi 20 Mg ha-1) ; P3 (biourin kelinci 10 L ha1) ; P4 (kotoran sapi 20 Mg ha-1 + blotong 20 Mg ha-1) ; P5 (biourin kelinci 10 L ha-1 + blotong 20 Mg ha-1) ; P6 (biourin kelinci 10 L ha-1 + kotoran sapi 20 Mg ha-1) ; P7 (10 L biourin kelinci ha-1 + kotoran sapi 20 Mg ha-1 + blotong 20 Mg ha-1). Data menggunakan analisis ragam dan apabila uji F 5% nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT 5%.Uji korelasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi pemberian kombinasi kotoran sapi, blotong, dan biourin kelinci mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemantapan agregat tanah. Nilai tertinggi pada 12 MST terdapat pada biourin kelinci 10 L ha-1 + kotoran sapi Mg ha-1 (P6) yaitu 3,41 mm. Perlakuan kotoran sapi 20 Mg ha-1 + blotong 20 Mg ha-1 (P4) mampu memberikan nilai tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman yaitu 84,62 cm

English Abstract

The success of sugar cane production is definited by the condition of the plant in the early phase (germination). The condition of soil structure is the most influence factor of the growing of sugar cane. Good soil structure has loose soil structure, optimal water motion and good soil aeration. The increasing of sugar cane growth cane be done by increasing organic matter such as manuture, can post , blotong, and biourine of rabbit to the repair the soil structre, therefore, experiment is needed (1) determine to the combination (mature, blotong, and bioutine of rabbit) which is the most influence to soil aggregate stability (2) determine to the combination (mature, blotong, and bioutine of rabbit) which is the most influence to the early growth of the sugar cane (germination phase) The experiment are held in P3GI (Pusat Penelitian Perkebunan Gula Indonesia) in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur and Phisics and soil Chemist Laboratory, Agriculture Faculty of Brawijaya University. On May 2015 up to September 2015. Variabel of observation include variables is the weight of content, weight of particles types, total porosity, Capacity roomy (pF 2.5), Point withered permanent (pF 4.2), aggregate stability, c-organic, plant hight, the number of leaves, and the number of shoots, The experiments use randomized block design (RBD) with use 5 repetation to the 8 treatments, they are P0 control (without organic matter), P1 (blotong Mg ha- 1), P2 (mature compost 20 Mg ha-1), P3 (biourine of rabbit 10 L ha-1), P4 (mature compost 20 Mg ha-1 + blotong Mg ha-1), P5 (biourine of rabbit 10 L ha-1 + blotong Mg ha-1), P6 (biourine of rabbit 10 L ha-1 + mature compost 20 Mg ha-1), P7 (biourine of rabbit 10 L ha-1 + mature compost 20 Mg ha-1 + blotong Mg ha-1). Data is analyzed with variety analysis and if the F 5 % test of is read, so it continue wit BNT 5% test. Corelation and Regretion test is being done to know the realition between observation variabel. The result of the experiments show that the application of giving combination of mature compost, blotong, and biourine of rabbit can give influence to soil aggregat stability. The higheest value in 12 MST is in biourine 10 L ha-1 + manuture compost 20 Mg ha-1 (P6) is 3,41 mm. Treats of mature compost 20 Mg ha-1 + blotong Mg ha-1 (P4) can give highest value to the high of the plants, that is 84,62 cm
