Indonesian Abstract

Semakin majunya dunia teknologi pada era globalisasi saat ini memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan dunia elektronik khususnya di bidang system kontrol. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya kebutuhan manusia yang makin banyak dan harus didapatkan dalam waktu secepat mungkin. Buah manggis merupakan tanaman hutan tropis yang teduh di kawasan Asia tenggara. Peluang peningkatan produksi dan produktifitas buaha manggis di Indonesia masih sangat besar. Dalam pengolahannya. Kulit buah manggis dapat diolah dengan berbagaia cara, salah satunya adalah dengan dikeringkan. Pada proses pengeringan suhu udara selain akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas bahan yang dikeringkan. Namun suhu udara dapat berubah-ubah karena beberapa factor, maka dengan dirancangnya alat menggunakan kontroler diharapkan mampu menjaga kesetabilan suhu secara konstan. Sehingga tidak menggangu proses pengeringan dan dapat digunakan diberbagai waktu agara mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Arduino Uno digunakan sebagai alat pengendali. Proses perancangan kontrol logika fuzzy pada penelitian ini mengunakan 5 membership function (MF) dengan metode Inferensi MIN-MAX Composition dan metode Defuzzifikasi weighted averag. Pada proses pengujian, didapatkan time steady (ts) sebesar 310 detik dengan nilai steady state 65oC. Error steady state (Ess) yang dihasilkan sebesar 1,076 % dan max overshoot (Mp)sebesar 1,076%. Proses pengujian pada system dilakukan selama 5 jam.

English Abstract

The more advanced world of technology in this era of globalization has a positive impact on the development of the electronic world, especially in the field of control systems. This is due to the increasing human needs and must be obtained in time as soon as possible. Mangosteen is a shady tropical forest plant in Southeast Asia. Opportunity to increase production and productivity of mangosteen fruit in Indonesia is still very big. In its processing. Mangosteen skin can be processed in various ways, one of which is dried. In the process of drying air temperature in addition will affect the quality of the material is dried. However, the air temperature may vary due to several factors, so with the use of controller tools it is expected to maintain constant temperature stability. So as not to interfere with the growth process and can be used at various times in order to get maximum results. Arduino Uno is used as a tool of control. Design process of fuzzy logic control in this final assignment use 5 membership function (MF) with inference MIN-MAX method and Defuzzification weighted average method. In the testing process, the system got time steady (ts) 310 second with steady state value 65oC. The system got error of steady state of 1,076% and max overshoot (Mp) 1,076 testing process of the system do for 5 hour.
