Autoimmune Thyroiditis (Aitd) Merupakan Salah Satu Penyakit Autoimun Yang Terjadi Pada Organ Spesifik Kelenjar Tiroid Dan Ditandai Oleh Infiltrasi Sel-Sel Limfositik Karena Mekanisme Inflamasi Yang Diikuti Abnormalitas Hormon Tiroid Akibat Kerusakan Jaringan Tiroid. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Keparahan Penyakit Aitd Pada Tikus ( Rattus Norvegicus ) Model Aitd Induksi Natrium Iodida (Nai) Berdasarkan Perubahan Kadar Hormon Tiroksin (T4) Dan Ekspresi Protein Pada Gambaran Profil Pita Protein Serum. Hewan Model Aitd Dibuat Dengan Induksi Nai 0,05% Yang Dilarutkan Dalam Aquades Dan Diberikan Melalui Air Minum Secara Ad Libitum. Penelitian Ini Mengunakan Hewan Coba Tikus Yang Dikelompokkan Menjadi 3 Kelompok Yaitu Kelompok Kontrol (P0), Kelompok Aitd Induksi Nai 0,05% (P1) Dan Kelompok Aitd Yang Diberi Terapi Yoghurt Dosis 109 Cfu/Ml 1 Ml/Hari (P2). Induksi Nai Dilakukan Selama 5 Minggu Dan Terapi Yoghurt Selama 4 Minggu. Data Kualitatif Disajikan Dan Dianalisis Secara Deskriptif Sedangkan Data Kuantitatif Disajikan Secara Skoring Dan Dianalisis Dengan Anova. Hasil Pengukuran Kadar Hormon Tiroksin Pada P0 1,3122 + 0,1548 Ng/Ml, P1 4,4848 + 0,32938 Ng/Ml Dan P2 1,7028 + 0,163653 Ng/Ml. Hasil Tersebut Menunjukkan Pada P1 Terjadi Peningkatan Kadar Hormon T4 Yang Signifikan. Hasil Analisis Sds-Page Menunjukkan Bahwa Terdapat Ekspresi Protein Spesifik Penanda Inflamasi Serta Autoimun Yaitu C- Reactive Protein (Crp) Pada Kelompok P1. Pada Kelompok P2 Tidak Menunjukkan Ekspresi Crp. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Pemberian Terapi Yoghurt Pada Aitd Mampu Menurunkan Kadar Hormon T4 Sehingga Mencapai Kadar Normal Dan Mampu Mengekspresikan Protein Yang Sama Dengan Kontrol Setelah Diberi Terapi Yoghurt Selama 4 Minggu

English Abstract

Autoimmune Thyroiditis (Aitd) Is One Of The Autoimmune Diseases That Occur In Specific Organs. It Is Thyroid Gland. It’s Characterized By Lymphocytic Infiltration Of The Cells Due To Inflammatory Mechanisms Of Thyroid Hormone Abnormalities And Followed By Damaging Of The Thyroid Tissue. The Aim Of This Research Was To Determine The Severity Of Aitd In Rats ( Rattus Norvegicus ) Models Induced By Supplementation Of Sodium Iodide (Nai) Based On Levels Of The Thyroxine (T4) Hormone And Protein Band Profile In Rat Sera. Animal Models Of Aitd Were Prepared By 0.05% Nai Supplementation Which Dissolved In Distilled Water And Administered By Drinking Water Ad Libitum . This Study Used A Rat ( Rattus Norvegiccus ) Grouped Into 3 Groups : Control Group (P0), Aitd Group Were Induced Nai 0.05 % (P1) And Aitd Group Which Given Therapeutic With Yogurt 109 Cfu/Ml/Day (P2). Nai Induction Were Carried Out For 5 Weeks, Meanwhile The Therapy Were Given For 4 Weeks. Qualitative Data Presented And Analyzed Descriptively While Quantitative Data Presented And Analyzed With Anova. The Measurement Of Thyroxine Hormone Levels In P0 To Be 1.3122 + 0.1548 Ng/Ml, P1 To Be 4.4848 + 0.32938 Ng/Ml And P2 To Be 1.7028 + 0.163653 Ng/Ml. These Results Showed That There Were Significantly Different. Sds - Page Analysis Showed That There Was Existed Specific Protein Expression Of Autoimmune Inflammatory Markers As C-Reactive Protein (Crp) In P1 Samples. On P2 Treatments Showed There Were Not Expression Of Crp. It Can Be Concluded That The Aitd With Yogurt Therapy Could Reduce The Levels Of T4 Hormone To Reach Normal Levels And Was Able To Express The Same Protein With The Same Condition To Control
