Indonesian Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi, pesan dan gagasan saat proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini mengembangkan media menyusun teks anekdot berbasis web interaktif bagi siswa kelas X SMA. Tujuan dari pengembangan ini untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran teks anekdot berbasis web. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo dengan mempertimbangankan kebutuhan guru dan siswa. Dari hasil kebutuhan, diperoleh bawha belum adanya media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang akan digunakan, sehingga penelitian ini mengembangkan produk yang belum ada menjadi ada. Produk ini nantinya akan memberikan inovasi baru dalam penggunaan media, serta meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan R2D2 (Recursive, Reflective, Design, and Development) yang dikembangkan oleh Willis dan Wright (2000). Model R2D2 terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahap fokus penetapan, tahap fokus penentuan desain dan pengembangan, dan tahap fokus penyebarluasan. Data penelitian ini berupa data angka (nonverbal) dan data deskripsi kalimat (verbal). Data nonverbal diperoleh dari hasil angket analisis kebutuhan yang diisi oleh guru dan siswa, serta data angket dari validator. Hasil validasi ahli media data nonverbal, dilihat dari aspek kesesuaian media dengan tujuan memperoleh persentase 100%, aspek kualitas fisik media memperoleh persentase 93%, dan dari segi aspek kualitas teknik dan pemanfaatan media memperoleh persentase 100%. Hasil analisis keseluruhan validasi menghasilkan persentase 96%. Pada hasil data verbal tidak terdapat saran dan komentar yang perlu direvisi. Jadi, dari validasi ahli media produk sudah dapat diimplementasikan. Hasil validasi ahli materi, dilihat pada aspek organisasi isi materi memperoleh persentase 100%, dan aspek kebahasaan memperoleh persentase 97%. Analisis data nonverbal keseluruhan memperoleh persentase 98%. Hasil data verbal menunjukkan bahwa produk ini sudah layak dan siap untuk diimplementasikan. Hasil validasi praktisi atau guru, dilihat dari aspek materi memperoleh persentase 90%, aspek soal evaluasi 100%, aspek media 86%, dan aspek kebahasaan 88%. Analisis keseluruhan aspek diperoleh persentase 89%. Hasil analisis keseluruhan uji coba produk yang dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo pada kelas X MIPA 2 menghasilkan persentase 84%yang berarti produk ini valid. Jadi, berdasarkan uji coba yang telah dilakukan produk ini termasuk dalam kualifikasi valid dan dapat digunakan sebagai inovasi pengembangan media pembelajaran.

English Abstract

Instructional media is a tool used to convey information, message and ideas in the teaching and learning process. This research developed a media in compiling Anecdote texts with interactive web based for the tenth grader students of Junior High School. This research aimed to produce a product in form of web based instructional media for Anecdote texts. This research was conducted in SMA Muhammadiyah 2, Sidoarjo by considering the teacher’s and also the students’ needs. Based on the needs, it was known that there was no technology based instructional media that would be used, so this research developed the nonexistent product became existed. Later on, this product would be a new innovation in the use of instructional media, also increasing students’ motivation in learning. This research used R2D2 (Recursive, Reflective, Design, and Development) development type which have been developed by Willis and Wright (2000). R2D2 type consisted of three stages; stage-setting focus, focus determination stage of design and development, and focus dissemination phase. The data of the research would be in form of numerical data (nonverbal) and description data (verbal). Nonverbal data was obtained from the needs analysis questionnaire result which filled by the teacher and the students, as well as questionnaire data from the validator. The expert validation result of nonverbal data seen from the aspect of media conformity with the goal obtained a percentage of 100%, the quality aspects of the physical media reached a percentage of 93%, and in terms of technical quality aspects and the use of the media got a percentage of 100%. The overall result analysis of the validation resulted in the percentage of 96%. On the verbal data results, there was no suggestions and comments that needed to be revised. So, from the media expert validation, the product was successfully implemented. The result of expert validation of the material aspects of the organization earned a percentage of 100%, and the percentage of aspects of language gained 97%. Analysis of data obtained nonverbal overall percentage of 98%. The results of verbal data indicated that this product was worthy and ready to be implemented. The results of the validation practitioners or teachers, viewed from the aspect of material obtained percentage of 90%, while the evaluation aspects were 100%, 86% media aspects, and aspects of language were 88%. Overall aspect analysis resulted the percentage of 89%. The overall analysis result of product trials conducted in SMA Muhammadiyah 2, Sidoarjo in class X MIPA 2 generated the percentage of 84%, which means that this product was valid. Therefore, based on trials that have been done, this product was included in the valid qualification and can be used as an innovative development of instructional media.
